Gregory M. Robbins most recently served as Memorial Resource Development Corp.'s Senior Vice President, Corporate Development. In this role, Mr. Robbins managed A&D as well as the Land department. Mr. Robbins also held treasury, planning and general finance roles at Memorial. Prior to Memorial, Mr. Robbins served as Vice President and Controller of Quality Electric Steel Castings, LP. Prior to that, he was a Vice President with Guggenheim Partners, LLC originating, underwriting and managing energy-focused mezzanine and equity investments. Mr. Robbins also worked for Wells Fargo Energy Capital, LLC and Comerica Bank, Inc.
Anthony T. Sayre most recently served as Vice President, Operations for Memorial Resource Development. In this role, Mr. Sayre managed all operations functions in the Terryville Complex in north Louisiana. Prior to this role, Mr. Sayre held various engineering and management positions with Memorial Resource Development. Prior to joining MRD, Mr. Sayre held various engineering positions with Southwestern Energy Company focusing on the Fayetteville and Marcellus shale plays. Mr. Sayre also worked with EQT and North Coast Energy Inc. in the Appalachian basin prior to joining SWN.
Larry R. Forney is a founding partner of Grit Oil & Gas. Mr. Forney previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Memorial Resource Development Corp, (NASDAQ:MRD), and as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Memorial Production Partners LP, (NASDAQ:MEMP). From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Forney served as President of Mossback Management LLC, which provided contract engineering and management services, both domestically and internationally. From 2002 to 2008, Mr. Forney served as Vice President of Operations for Greystone Petroleum LLC and Greystone Oil & Gas LLP, and as Managing Director of Greystone Drilling LP. Mr. Forney was Vice President and Treasurer of Goldrus Producing Company from 1997 to 2002. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Forney held various positions for the Kelley Oil companies, ultimately serving concurrently as Vice President of Operations for Kelley Oil Corporation and Vice President of Concorde Gas Marketing. Mr. Forney is a registered professional engineer in Texas.
Mr. Forney is an active volunteer pilot, (over 300 missions flown), and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board for Angel Flight South Central.
