I've been struggling with severe asthma lately and my doctor suggested I try prednisone. He prescribed me the 10mg tablets to take every day for a week. I was wondering if anyone here has had experience with this dosage? Any tips or side effects I should be aware of?

I had to use prednisone for a severe allergic reaction. The increase in appetite was the toughest part for me; I ended up snacking more than usual and gained some weight. Make sure you stay active, if possible, to offset that.
